CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can only be canceled if there is an issue or defect caused by us. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team. If you need assistance, please write to us at retail@rkives.co.
What all payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via UPI and cards, including credit cards, debit cards, international cards, and AMEX. All online orders require full payment to be made in advance. Orders are processed and confirmed only after successful payment
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to destinations worldwide. Product prices displayed on the website are exclusive of any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are payable by the customer, in accordance with local regulations.
Delivery within India is provided free of charge across all serviceable locations.
do you offer exchange or return?
We accept returns or exchanges within two weeks of the date of purchase or delivery. Garments must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for two months from the date of purchase or delivery.
where are you located ?
Our flagship store is located at Dhan Mill Compound, New Delhi. We also have our first outpost in Bandra, Mumbai. In addition, our collections are available at Galeries Lafayette, Mumbai, and The Palace Atelier, Jaipur.
Why does my garment look or feel slightly different from what I see online?
As we work with post-consumer garments and existing materials, each piece carries its own history. While the design, fit, and construction remain consistent, variations in texture, tone, or surface details can naturally occur. These subtle differences are part of the process and give each garment its individual character, making no two pieces exactly the same. We as a brand embrace the natural patina and the age of the garments and we portray the same through our garments.
can i bring my own clothes for repair?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own garments in for repair.
We offer repair services for personal clothing, subject to an initial assessment of the garment’s condition and the work required. Repairs are approached with the same care and craft we apply to our own pieces, focusing on extending the life and integrity of the garment. Availability, timelines, and costs may vary depending on the nature of the repair.
